Re: Buzzing noise.
Hello eldaria, Some buzz is okay. Sometimes when a servo is trying to set to a specific point it will buzz if there is resistance on it. Make sure you did the servo centering step correctly before attaching the gripper arms. When in the default position with the arms open, they shouldn't press again...

Re: Rpi controlling the pic : how do they communicate?
Hey guys. I'm trying to get some Pi code up soon. It's pretty easy to do once the code is there. Been busy trying to get the robots out.

Having some good narrow tweezers is a big help as well. They are kid of expensive for tweezers, but I'm a big fan of the Twe...

Re: broken motor
Hello Lewisgard, I recall seeing an email about this a few days back - I'm pretty sure I responded. Are you in the USA? If so you can send it to us for repair, otherwise I can help direct to you a replacement motor. Usually they're pretty solid - must have landed just right. We'll help you get it ta...

Re: New Wink - Base Sketch Error
Hello chenhao, That does sound strange. I've sent you an email - can you reply to that email and include a zipped copy of the sketch folder (the folder including the sketch and supporting files)? I'll have a look here and see if I can get to the bottom of it. It's been a while since I looked at that...

Re: Help! How to get correct GetPositionY()?
I wanted to add a few more notes on this... this is a paste of a response I just sent to a user via email that discusses this. You are correct that slight tilt differences will be seen as movement because the accelerometer is picking up the acceleration of gravity which of course is a constant 1G st...

Re: Help! How to get correct GetPositionY()?
I've always been a bit confused about the low level details of the navigation functions. They were written by a friend a while back. I'm hoping to be able to go over them in detail soon as we'll be using the same code on the new Spirit rover. If you can send me some actual code examples I'll try to ...
