broken motor

Postby lewisgard » Sun Aug 20, 2017 10:00 pm

I finally has a chance to clean the dust off my wink and tried to get my son to play with it. Of course the second or third go round it drove itself off the table we were running it on. It hit the floor and the motor shafts got pushed up and out of the back of the motor. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

Hello Lewisgard,

I recall seeing an email about this a few days back - I'm pretty sure I responded. Are you in the USA? If so you can send it to us for repair, otherwise I can help direct to you a replacement motor. Usually they're pretty solid - must have landed just right. We'll help you get it taken care of though!

I'll email again tomorrow when I get to the shop.

Thanks!
-Kevin

Hi Kevin,
I did send an email about this but as of this posting I still haven't found any replies in my email. I do live in the USA!

Thanks
Lewis
