I have 2 winks, successfully programmed with the IR example, but one won't move, though the motors are clearly spinning when activated with the remote.
Can you help with troubleshooting this, or have we broken it in some way (it was previously working and stopped at some point).

Yay! This problem is fixed by adjusting the position of the motors within the clamps.

The motors can move and so the clamps were touching the ground rather than the motors, once this was sorted it was working again.
