I have seen this. this looks like your usb is not registering with the Robit!
This worked for mine.
Make sure the usb drivers are in stalled threw the device manager.
unplug the UBS connection to the computer. Then plug it back in.
Then turn ringo off and then on using the switch.
Reset ringo using the reset switch.
