My computer does not respond.

Ringo setup, hardware, basic programming. User to user support.

My computer does not respond.

Hello everyone!

After connecting to the usb there is no sound, no reaction message from my computer.
Also, there is no reaction in other computers too.
So, my computer can't recognize the Wink robot.
There for I can't install the driver.
I wonder what is wrong.

Read the instructions, dont plug anything in. http://www.plumgeek.com/getting-started.html gives clear instructions to follow, you install drivers first. Ringo is not a plug and play usb device like a thumbdrive. Make sure to carefully read the supplied instructions and follow them in the order given and be patient.
