Hi.
We just got our Ringo in the mail.
This is an awesome product that was easy to set up and start programming with.

How ever The user button was broken off out of the box.
Is there an exchange policy?

We really like this robot and would like to have a fully functioning one.

So sorry about that! I'm not aware that has ever happened before but we'll take care of it. Please send a message via our contact form on the website with the order number so we can look you up.
